C’mon fess up , who said 1st ? I am Spartacus. Anyone changing their prediction now we have Ronaldo? I wanted to wait until the end of the window and give my realistic pick. I don't think we get top four. I’ve ended up saying Champions anyway because I just cannot allow myself to choose anything else for Ronaldo.

We’ll finish second. Varane and Sancho are total game-changers for us. The real interest is whether it’s a ‘3 points off the top in late April’ 2nd, or a repeat of lasts years. Which would be nowhere near good enough. That went well.

Gone 3rd, City even without Kane are too strong, with Kane they are unbeatable to a title. Chelsea will be better, Lukaku is still a parcel, but a useful parcel in that he'll get them goals against the shite, lack of goals hurt them last season, he'll grab a load against the bottom half of the table which will pick them a lot of points up. Sancho and Varane are brilliant signings but still got question marks over other areas of the squad, and they can only paper over Ole's cracks to an extent. Liverpool don't worry me, front 3 are getting old, midfield is average, defense will be better with VVD back but they still look only a couple of injuries away from falling apart.Call me Nostradamus.

I'm going to plump for 3rd... I think as do others that Citeh and Chelski will finish above us...Tuchel really seems to know how to manage to get his team over the line and they have added strength as well...Citeh are just the same bunch of financial cheats but they have improved their squad and were miles ahead last season... If we get a quality CDM, I may revise... Not so clever from me either... I was right about Citeh and Chelski but didn’t imagine we would fall off a cliff the way we did...it will be a huge job to get us back to the top end of the table...

City & Chelsea will finish above us for all the very obvious reasons. Liverpool will if they don't suffer the amount of injuries they had last season. Leicester have a better manager than we do,if they back him before the window closes with normal their normal decent recruitment they could pip us to 4th. Until we solve the OGS & McFred issue we are not winning anything other than domestic cups,if we are lucky. I've got us down for an optimistic 4th/5th. An over optimistic 4th/5th but not far off.

I’d say 3rd at best even if ole hits the ground running. city rents utd/scouse leicester, the arse, spuds scouse have been better than I thought I never imagined us winning the league but saying that I never imagined us being as bad as we have been either.

Yeah, you were almost spot on. Someone did vote 6th, but hasn't spoken out yet.

I'm going for a battle for 4th..... Any injuries for a period of time to any of the new boys, Cavani and Bruno and we'll be in big trouble...... Battle for 4th i said, which in reality means we could easily finish 5th or 6th!? 😉
