All this talk before the season about switching to 4-3-3 yet the moron in charge is persistent in playing the same old shit with the same old people time and time again. His severe lack of any sort of tactical knowledge doesn't help, but surely a midfield of Matic or McTominay with two of Bruno/Pogba/vdB infront couldn't possibly be any worse than fucking McFred?

I've just returned from Marbella. Saw the Villa result and hardly gave it a second thought. It was a simpler time.
Now I'm gonna be slammed right back to reality.

He's so set in his ways its infuriating, just give it a go, why didn't he use the Carabao cup to try a different formation, 4-3-3 or 4-1-4-1, he's so fixed on this 4-2-3-1 bollox and it doesn't work, it's utter shite!! we need to boss games in midfield and we don't only playing 2 in there and not a good 2 either! |

I'd love to see Sancho start on the right tonight, his actual position, also no sign of mcfred, grown some balls and go for it, but lose tonight and at weekend I think he's gone, especially before the international break, I'd take it. He’s been praising McFred apparently. I think this idea that he plays them reluctantly is a myth in all honesty. I’m starting think Sancho is going to spend his time mainly holding Donny’s hand on the bench. |

we have a midfielder that from what i have seen knows how top keep the ball and with a run of games say 5-10 i am sure will show he can dictate the pace, if he can't do anything then sell in january. That player is donny.
why we don't have him, Mct and Bruno as a three baffles me.
Scoot can sit, bruno can push up, donny can use his brain to know when to sit with scott and when to slightly push up abit
Even more concerning for me is that Ole either doesn't listen to his coaches or they are as bad because between them all they should have overcome the same issues

He acknowledged that it would be incredibly difficult to qualify if we lose, but that we wouldn't be eliminated, which is why it is not a "must-win." |
