Maguire is a disgrace. A proper captain a) wouldn't be a major reason for our slump b) would mobilize the players to respectfully make a vote of no confidence to the Board and get them to put Ole out of his misery
But I guess Maguire is well aware the first order of business for a new coach would be to strip him of the captaincy and play Varane and Bailly in defence.
