Honestly there shouldn't be an ounce of ridicule directed his way today. He's been through the wringer over the last couple of years, deserves credit for getting himself back. I really hope he can find himself a decent club in January or the summer and play some football. |

Carrick is talking about United DNA again in his press conference. I really hate that concept. We used it to explain why we replaced two experienced and decorated managers with a rank amateur and stocked our backroom with inexperienced coaches whose sole qualification was having played for the club at a time when we had a manager capable of winning no matter what players he had at his disposal.
And the funniest thing is he attempted define United DNA as winning but in an exciting way. Well under Ole we weren't winning and the football wasn't exciting it was painful to watch. And Ole's sole qualification for the job was the feeling he understood the United way and had United DNA. Well that didn't get us very far!
