That team selection is really strange. It doesn't make any sense. What's the plan in midfield? If Ronaldo is fit enough for the bench then he has to start.

Pretty clear Carrick’s plan is to park the bus and hope to hit them on the counter with the pace of rashford and sancho. Too bad with no width our full backs are gonna get slaughtered

Ballsy call, but not sure about that team. 1 if you are going to play 3cms then 1 should be DVDB.
Big games for that back 4 particularly the full backs and for Jadon Sancho and Rashford. They are going to have to work very hard and be clinical up front. I’ll be really interested to see how Sancho steps up here
