There's zero authority anywhere still, from the sidelines to the pitch. Rangnick stands there emotionless for much of the game, then we have Maguire leading the players on the pitch. Nobody is being made accountable for the shit they're serving up during the match. Not bringing Conte in is going to go down as one of the absolutely worst decisions this club has ever made in an ultra competitive competition. Said this team needed someone to hammer them and still think that's the type of manager we needed. Fucking travesty. I think we chose the right path. Conte might of gotten a tune out of them now but it will probably turn shit in a year or two. The whole setup needs rebuilding. We need to offload most of these wasters and people like Ralf have the scouting contacts and experience to replace them. Tonight was diabolical for sure but it's been like this all season. It will take time to turn this shit wagon around. Brunos form has me worried because he's the only real creator we have and he's bloody awful of late. You can't blame tiredness tonight. |

There are certain positions in sports that are so important that you are just wasting your time trying to compete without one- out half in rugby, quarterback in American football, point guard in basketball, fast bowler in cricket, the list goes on. For me in football, its central midfield. You can attempt to compensate or plan around not having one but it’s a waste of time and energy. We haven’t had a controlling, ball playing midfielder since Carrick retired but for some reason one of the biggest clubs in world football think it’s ok to behave like cash-strapped side down near the bottom, desperately trying to come up with creative ways to fix a glaring hole. It’s actually pointless even trying to discuss Utd as a serious football club when this is allowed to continue.

I’d sooner have a player turn round and tell a colleague that what they’ve done is shite, than Maguire accepting red cards without challenge. I’d be inclined to let Varane off for his performance as he’s just come back from injury into a high intensity game of football. But Maguire was shocking yet again. How long can he keep getting away with this? Aside from the fact he’s turd, he needs an enforced run out of the team for his own good. He looks mentally gone. |

No excuses whatsoever we should be beating Newcastle!
Training ground has been open a couple of days, we are not talking about a bunch of strangers so not sure where Maguire is coming from.
From goalkeeper to strikers we have a better team so we should have won this.
All we hear is training was intense and great yet performances indicate otherwise.
Ralf also needs to sort the formation, get Bruno where he does the most damage, sane for Sancho and Rashford.

Rangnick cannot continue with Maguire as captain. I thought that would be addressed by now and I'm worried that it hasn't.
