He is not everyone's cup of tea and as long as the wages are no more than £250k a week I'd do it. If he wants more it has to be performance related, i.e appearances, assists and goals. Keeps him motivated to ensure he does everything possible to stay fit. £250k a week flat, means we ain't never shipping him out if he's fucked the whole time. £100k max, big bonus at end of year for completing a set amount of games, and then increase base wage to what he asks for season after if completed. Won't happen, he'll be on 300k and a fat arse signing on fee. We need to get away from these big wages and re-introduce a salary cap, any further monies should be made up in performance related bonuses, all we've got is a load of shit on high wages that we can't ever shift.

Nicolas Sule to BvB in the summer apparently. He’s no Maguire.

This is a good un.....
The Red Devils will reportedly cast the net wide in an extreme approach to leave no stone unturned. They will have an initial list of 15 targets which will then be cut down to 10, before finally deciding on a three-man shortlist where negotiations with clubs and representatives will begin, according to ESPN.
United's plan will get underway before a permanent manager is appointed, while the report also says Declan Rice, Kalvin Phillips and Amadou Hiadara are all being considered.

It worked for AWB so I see no problem here.

Is this 3 players per position we need to strengthen or just 3 players in total?

for the life of me I really hope we have tapped up tielemans, a year left on his contract in the summer, great age. if we want two 8's then i would think him and bruno either side of a proper CDM is the way to go. My guess is though we will be keeping a very close eye on how Donny does, but even with that we should not be allowing Citeh to get him

Need to sort out the manager situation asap, I can see only 2 realistic options contact Ten Hag now and somehow convince him to join this shitshow next season or give Ralf a 2 year contract and say from now on he will run things the way he wants.

I can't see Rangnick getting this gig. If Poch is let go of at PSG expect to see him arrive simply because he won't cost a penny.
The club needs to agree a manager this month, hopefully they can liaise with Rangnick between now and the end of the season so quick action is taken in the summer for ins and outs. I do not want another manager telling me they need to see the likes of mata, matic etc for a few to know that they need moving out.
