He is not everyone's cup of tea and as long as the wages are no more than £250k a week I'd do it. If he wants more it has to be performance related, i.e appearances, assists and goals. Keeps him motivated to ensure he does everything possible to stay fit. |

Keeps him motivated to ensure he does everything possible to stay fit. £250k a week flat, means we ain't never shipping him out if he's fucked the whole time. £100k max, big bonus at end of year for completing a set amount of games, and then increase base wage to what he asks for season after if completed. Won't happen, he'll be on 300k and a fat arse signing on fee. |

They are willing to offer a 30% sell-on to get the initial fee down, but you'd rather refuse to take it so that something is done about "agent own a percentage", which doesn't seem to be related to this deal in any way? |
