This burnley bottom Of the league who i imagine went out first half and took the punches and then at halftime they’ve made adjusts, got the goal they wanted and then set up shop. I don’t even think we remotely worried 2nd half. |

We don’t kill games off in the first half and then we’re knackered after the 50th minute because these players don’t like hard graft in training.

It should be an easy 3 points as Burnley have little going forward, McTominay will look great again against them as usual and I bet he wished he could play against them every week. This is as certain a 3 points as there ever can be in an EPL match. If we are going to sneak 4th spot we must win this game. Did you miss the few weeks when we played the alternating bottom of the league and did fuck all? Yep, shocked. |

I guess that my point is that’s what a Burnley is supposed to do and the fact he couldn’t adjust at halftime for the obvious mini onslaught just shows how far away we are from “controlling” games. Useless possession with no real pressure is not controlling a game for me. We played into their game plan 2nd half. |

I completely forgot this game was happening. Was in my calendar (all United games are), but managed to totally ignore it.
The worst part? I don’t care. Even under Louis or Jose, I’d watch every game and refuse to see friends if it meant missing it. Now? It’s not even a decision.
Maybe that’s just getting older. But this forum is full of United fans who have stuck with the club through thick and thin, no matter what, and I bet a lot of you feel the same.

The gameplan to beat United is so unbelievably simple. Get in our faces and target Maguire. You cannot lose if you do this. Imagine having international players on hundreds of thousands a week, who basically fall apart if they're not given acres of space and hours of time on the ball.

VAR, the super league and just in general the players being a bunch of cunts is a huge turn off. Even as a big England fan as a lot of you know I am i couldn’t care less about the World Cup. Moving to the other side of the world helped, not inundated with football shoved down your throat 24/7 here. Getting older and realising so much more to life than watching young blokes who are set for life at 19 kicking a ball about for a bit helps too. Also finally acknowledging our owners are going absolutely no where, we're priced out of being bought now as it costs 1/10th of the money to just buy a Newcastle/Everton/Villa instead and build them up; and they are just milking every drop out of the club whilst laughing in the faces of the fans who protest has also played its part. But also just the sheer lack of any kind of enjoyment. Why put yourself through it? Just to prove your a "proper fan"? Fuck that. Going to recognised by anyone on your death bed is it? "Well, he hated the last 50 years of his life all because of Manchester United, but at least he was a proper fan". Yeah OK, good luck with that. I'll ignore the games and go enjoy myself instead, fool that I am. It's like putting Spice World: The Movie on every single weekend, spending two hours wanting to pluck your own eyes out but then just doing it again, and again, and again. I'm sick of feeling angry and upset and in a foul mood, especially knowing the players walk off the pitch hugging the opposition and laughing with them, meeting up with the players who just beat you that night in some club. Why the fuck should we care when they don't give anything resembling a fuck? |
