This lot aren’t fit.
For the most part, given they’re all supposed professional footballers, they should be able to string passes together without thinking about it. I’d have them in first thing Monday doing shuttle sprints and a 10k , followed by some plyometric work in the gym. I don’t mind losing or drawing games of football, but what I can abide by very wealthy individuals is a lack of effort and a lack of physical fitness.

Been saying this as well mate, every team we play we seem to get outmuscled and out worked, our lot defo need to get in the frickin gym, Southampton today looked like athletes, ours bar a couple are a pub team |

Also, what you don’t see on telly is how often Darren Fletcher flies down the steps on the dugout to bollock Shaw and Maguire. Both seemingl ignoring him. I’d hate to coach this lot.

I think the problem with most footballers today is that they aren't afraid of the consequences anymore. They are paid well here, but they know they can also just fob off somewhere else and make a rich living elsewhere.
It sucks, but I also think generally lots of people are becoming like this nowadays. Entitled.

Three of the back four range from shit to not good enough. Need a real overhaul there.
Dalot is rubbish, Maguire is worse and we can’t afford to keep Shaw based on one good season in eight years. Telles probably also not good enough, doesn’t have the legs to get up and down compared to the fullbacks at the other big teams. Don’t know who to bring in on that side, but I’d like to see Lamptey on the right.
But even after fixing the woeful defence, you’ve still got a squad full of bad apples. Pogba’s been alright the last couple of games and is obviously talented, but he carries a circus with him and has been a common denominator in the detestable squads we’ve assembled and dissolved for the thick end of a decade.
At this point it’d be quicker to list who I’d keep.
Sancho improving anyway. Should get a good return on him when he comes to his senses and leaves in a years time.
