Ten Hag needs to realise that sentiment won't save his job at Xmas. That shit is weak. Ffs I manage a grassroots team and after first week in charge I hoofed out the previous captain and put him into the reserves. Managers are put in place to make hard decisions, which is why I said alarm bells should've rang louder when we saw he hadn't the balls to make this obvious change. |

Don't get me wrong we're not exactly awash with outstanding candidates but I at least expected him to take it off Maguire. He can't even organise his defence let alone his own team mates. Hoping he comes to realise the error of his ways there and quickly. |

I'm just saying he didn't make him captain which is a factual statement. Hoofing kids into the reserves is not comparable to elite level sport 😁 |
