We’re not getting top 4 with these forwards. Time to accept it. With these forwards were 6 points off 2nd place. 4 points off 3rd with a game in hand. Add a striker in Jan there's no reason top 4 can't be achieved. |

I was just finishing up a post about how angry I was with how we’ve done. No doubt we have gotten very lucky but who cares right now. Lovely finish too, not the easiest one, Martial or Rashford would have missed it. I actually didn't think Martial was that bad, given his time out. He got into some really good positions, but didn't score. Rashford on the other hand did fucking nothing. Martial wasn’t that bad - but he would have missed it. |

Poor performance, good result. I'll take it. That Palhinha is some player, gutted we didn't sign him. Trying not to get too excited by Garnacho considering our luck with exciting young attackers either dropping off or turning out to be a piece of shit, but the lid looks like a proper player.

Hoping Erik now sees that McTominay on to help control the game, sending Bruno wide in the process, does not work. Not with a player of McTominay’s level, and it doesn’t help Bruno either. Took him too long to fix it but at least he did, even before Garnacho’s goal the game was tilting back towards us.
