Big chance to get through to the semi’s, should win, rest some players etc…
Putting this on earlier than normal as it’s a monumental day for me! I’ll be taking my 7 year old daughter to her first ever United game. I don’t think she’s really bothered right now as she’s never even watched a full game however I hope when she sees our stadium, she will change her tone. My first game was in February 93 when I was 9 so she’s beating me by 2 years!

Oldest was a 4-1 win against Derby just before Christmas in I think '07, Ronnie got a late pen when a few people around us had already left, which made the boy happy because all he'd been talking about on the way up was that he hoped Ronaldo scored. Youngest was a League cup win against Norwich in I think 2012, Chicharito got a couple and the boy was rooting for a hat-trick, which never came. I think Jones of all people might have scored, though... Fond memories. I hope both of you enjoy the game. |

My boys were 13, 10 and 7 when they made their first pilgrimage. It was Rashford's league debut, against Arsenal. Talking about big dad moments, we sat in the East Stand and right after Rashford's second hit the back of the net right in front of us, my 10 yo asked me if I was crying... took me a good few seconds to answer. Watching the boys go wild felt like the most special moment in decades of supporting United.
