21 shots, 5 on target, 3 goals with two of them in the dying minutes.
Rashford is doing a fantastic job papering over the cracks with his goals but when his run eventually ends it is difficult to see who else we have to step up. Well besides the Dutch journeyman joining us from Besiktas via Burnley! Good to see Antony scored again. If he could go on a bit of a goal scoring run as well it would be much appreciated.

Pellestri has looked good on his loans so this isn’t a huge surprise. Needs Elanga’s minutes. Marcus is on fire so I’m sure Rodri or Walker will kick the shit out of him on Saturday.

Yeah even when we brought the big guns on for the final half hour Maguire, Elanga and Scotty continued to drag everyone down with their mediocrity.
All in all not a bad night. One step closer to a trophy. Bruno and Varane and Martial got the night off. Rashford Casemiro and Eriksen only had to play for half an hour or so. Rashford continued his rich vein of goal scoring form. Pellestri had a lovely cameo. And with yet another win we can go into the much more challenging fixtures that lie ahead with some confidence.
Would love a Newcastle semi and Manchester City final.
