Not sure how Shaw at CB is working considering he’s a shortarse but fair play it is up to now. We can do with short arse defenders what other clubs can only dream about. |

there was a moment in the 2nd half, where AWB looked like he got himself into trouble. only to start dribbling through city players and turning them. i had no clue what his legs were doing and i'm not even sure he knows that himself🤣
got to say, ETH seems to know exactly why he takes out certain players for long periods, only to bring them back transformed. he worked wonders with AWB and i hope sancho will also come back a different player

More than happy for Shaw to be an occasional CB this season if it keeps Lindelof and Maguire on the bench and gives Malacia a bit more gametime to help his development.
It is a very Dutch thing to demand versatility from players. And is very helpful as it allows a leaner squad and tactical flexibility.
