We can do with short arse defenders what other clubs can only dream about. Again, he’s 6’1 ffs. He’s neither short, nor fat. He doesent look 6ft 1in in any photos stood next to other players theres loads online, I know if you search his height it says 6.1 but it has to be wrong, Martial is supposed to be 5.11 and Lindelof 6.2.   |

12 hour shift today with Bruno goal on repeat all day When was the last time it felt this good ? It’s all coming together and when new owners come in it’s back to the good times Everyone is dreading it This. while we shouldn’t get too carried away just yet because we all know ETH still has work to do shifting the shit and improve the squad depth the change in the the squads attitude is night and day. The team now play like they actually have a plan for each game. Rashford,shaw and dalot now feel like 3 new quality signings. if we can replace awb,mcsauce,Jones,martial,Fred,Maguire and lindelof with quality signings then we will be competing for titles and the champions league. we are not there yet but we have definitely turned a corner. |

Thought it would take him at least 2 or 3 windows to get us right. So the fact he's got us in the postion we're in after only one is incredible. Not the finished article but the cracks are being filled rather than papered over. Just need it to continue now and build on it. Been a long time since I've looked forward to the next game even it has been slyly placed inbetween this one and the Arsenal one.

Haaland has made City worse and as weird as this sounds, all he does is score goals. He’s generally anonymous. |

City score 100+ plus goals with out a cf so he will always score loads but there play has definitely changed to target him rather then scoring from all over the pitch like they normally do. |

The real stinker yesterday was from Martial. Erik made a subtle dig when he praised Rashford for staying on the pitch and playing through injury while Martial bailed after picking up a knock. Weghorst is walking into the team and I can see him being a regular starter.
But in the big games I think there would be a lot of merit to playing Rashford upfront and Garnacho on the left as we get a lot more chances on the break where Rashford's pace comes in handy.
