Erik needs to remember that the Premier League is far less forgiving than the Dutch League. At Ajax you can get away with a showboating one trick pony like Antony out wide and get by with a lump like Weghorst. But in the Premier League they simply won't do. Rehabilitation of Sancho needs to be fast tracked. Give him a run of games. And while it would be painful to change things when Marcus is in the form of his life we need to play him upfront when Martial is injured and play Garnacho on the left. Anything but Weghorst. Jesus wept, I think Erik know by now the difference between prem and Dutch league

MCT how oh how is this guy still a Manchester United player Living example that miracles happen Multiple times at Utd. Just think of all the other shit in the squad. just think that a bunch of thieving yank cunts can buy a club with its own money, cream off a billion, run it into the ground, flog it 17 years later and walk away with another 5 billion. we are the gift that keeps on giving.

Antony is fast becoming a problem for me. What does he do in training? For a wide player he doesn’t have the speed to get past anybody. And his trickery is easily defended. You can put Sancho in the same boat. Two wide attacking players who don’t have it for the Prem….

WW makes me hark back to those great days of Tony running into a CB and losing the ball. Or walking back on a loss of possession and getting called off sides when we then have that quick counter….oh those were the days my friend…

Erik has some serious egg on his face mouthing off about the terrible signings of previous managers when Antony and Weghorst look as bad as anything we've signed in the past. I know he had a lack of funds in January. But he should have at least looked into selling Elanga, Scotty and Maguire to raise some funds instead of signing off on Weghorst. Shaw can cover at CB. Martinez can cover at CDM. Also what was he thinking playing Casemiro against Crystal Palace? We needed Casemiro on the pitch today to give us a foothold in the game. And it is bad enough he signed Weghorst in the first place. But to start him against Arsenal was suicidal. Rashford could have done just fine upfront especially as most of our chances were on the counter and Garnacho would have caused Arsenal no end of problems on the left. Also agree with everyone that Eriksen runs out of gas halfway through the big games. Arsenal are obviously trying to emulate Manchester City so are also capable of running the show if you lose your composure and give them too much time and space. Is there no way we can also look into loaning Camavinga? But it is what it is. I never took our title chances seriously. We needed to sign a quality striker and midfielder to give us a hope in hell and instead we ended up with Weghorst. And Erik is making a bad situation is worse with some of his recent selection decisions. The main objectives this season are to comfortably secure top 4 and win at least one of the domestic cups. That gives us a good base to continue the rebuild in the summer under new ownership. who do you want as manager instead of Erik cos you clearly don’t rate him!? How the fuck do you know he hasn’t looked in to selling the players mentioned, it quite simply isn’t that simple to say sell him him and him and sign him, we need new owners with dollar to start a fresh from there The manager also isn't in charge of selling/ buying players. He can advise but that's as far as it goes. His substitutions over the last few weeks were criticised then turned out to help win us games, city being the more recent one bringing on Garnacho. Granted today he got it wrong and should be rightly be criticised for it. Unfortunately it happens as frustrating as it may be. Our squad depth is poor, I beleive he's aware of that. Been expecting the over reaction from some towards Ten Hag for a while now after the run we've been on. It's almost as though some want him to fail. Some have already called for him to be sacked. Its just constant fucking negativity. It's boring af now. He's had one window to sort stuff out, it's impossible to get everything done in that time.

By the way Marcus today was superb. Never want to read in here again that he’s not “world class” He wasn't and he clearly isn't. Just stop it please.

Arsenal and Chelsea are bringing players in this window just for fun. For fucks sake all we could do is WW? Do we not have a U23 player or a player somewhere in our academy that could at least play a little bit of footy up top?

If ETH can even get us talking about a title, if only briefly after being here for 6 months and still with loads of shite in the squad, give him two or three seasons with proper backing and we will win the league again, I'm sure of it. Solskjaer had us talking about a title challenge. Means very little if we immediately, as in within two games immediately, bottle it after not even admitting we're in the discussion.

We have gone toe to toe twice with the 2 best teams in the league. won 2 lost 2 which is a massive improvement on previous seasons when we took hammering after hammering and looked levels below the top sides. That palace game not only cost us our best player but it must have took a few percentage points of freshness out the team due to our lack of squad depth. Not totally absolving ETH for today but we are in a far better place than we where just 12 months ago. Loads to do yet and under new ownership there will be bright days ahead.

The manager gave an interview in which he specifically stated he would not have taken the job without control of transfers. So that is not a valid excuse. He has had *two* windows to sort out the squad and has ushered 15/16 players out the door to replace them with five or six. He hounded Ronaldo out of the club and replaced him with Weghorst. Yet Ten Hag hasn't once called out the owners for more signings or spoken publicly to force the dross out of the club. Defend the bloke all you wish but stop making shit up and pretending it's fact.

What Erik has achieved in the time he has been here is pretty impressive. If we can make top 4 and win a trophy. That's a massive improvement and let's us buy players in the summer what want champions league football. If we add that to new owners things look possitive. Hes had to play players today that he wouldn't normally pick due to injury and suspension. He can't help that. Last 2 results not great but it's a process.

Honestly I know your a fucking huge red and I'm not trying to diss or take the piss in this post mate, but you have gone bitter as fuck about the club, and rightly so, but if it's angering you that much, maybe take a break from it all for a while, atleast until we get new owners and then let's see if anything actually changes.
