Varane is fucking class. Absolute Rolls Royce. The classiest defender we’ve had since Rio. How we managed to get him and Casemiro in the state we’ve been in blows my mind. Legitimately two of the absolute best in their positions anywhere in the world. It’s mad init. After the partnerships we’ve endured, it’s literally surreal watching these two. I’m still expecting them to fuck stuff up and they just don’t. My brain goes “this is a goal” and then Varane makes a proper basic tackle and I remember not everyone is Harry Maguire. |

Finally beaten that lanky prick Busquets. Now let’s win this bloody trophy. It would be typical recent United to now get knocked out by Ferencváros in the next round. That’s probably the biggest game in Europa league history though and I include every final. United Barca came far too early in this competition. |
