And the 2 players we signed for next to nothing in January did start. The Ronaldo situation was difficult and Ronaldo was completely out of line and badly out of form but you do start to feel a little sympathy at his frustration at warming the bench when Wout gets chance after chance after chance. We've replaced a thoroughbred with a cart horse! And Erik is looking very stupid with the comments in January about the bringing in the right kind of players and slagging off the signings of his predecessors when Wout is as bad as anyone I can remember us signing under the Glazers. I can understand the caution with Martial as there is no point playing him when he isn't 100% as he'll just get injured. But we need to somehow find a way to get him to play as many games as possible between now and the rest of the season and especially the big games. Sabitzer has quality but he needs to play alongside better players to shine. Replacing Bruno as captain should be the first order of business this summer if not sooner. He is the definition of a fair weather player. Sancho is useless and agree that Pellistri should be getting on ahead of him. Again Erik is looking a bit stupid giving him all that time off to clear his head while picking up a £375k a week salary. It hasn't made the slightest of difference. De Gea should be given whatever he wants to sign a new contract. The score would have been a lot worse without him between the sticks. Shaw is a great illustration of a problem with many of our players. You simply cannot rely on them. We really need to get the club sale done and give this squad another revamp in the summer. Stop dredging up this shit again. Weghorst was signed after Ronaldo left so what the fuck does that have to do with anything? After renegotiating my contract with Virgin Media I’ve dropped everything, apart from broadband and ‘normal’ telly.
I WAS looking at NOW TV via my Firestick ,but after yesterday’s shambolic performance I’m not so sure!

Equally as bad as the Liverpool performance and just diabolical throughout.
These short goal kicks have to fucking stop when you have a keeper who's just shite on the ball and a midfield who don't offer for the ball at all.
A new RB in the summer is a necessity. Dalot/AWB both have good traits/games, but neither can consistently deliver the quality we need.
McTominay was just his usual shite self - such a limited player and should be going straight back up to Newcastle once the season is over.
Sabitzer is a strange one, I keep seeing people say he's a no-brainer for the summer but I can't say I've been that impressed with him so far. That said, it's early doors/he's still settling in/he's had to play with McTominay so still plenty of time for him to show his worth.
Bruno with another Bruno performance, frustrating and an annoying fucker like Antony.
The Weghorst experiment needs to stop. He shouldn't be starting another game.
Must win games on Wednesday and Saturday.

at least 3-4 passengers from the start (The Horse, Anphony and McScotland chief among them), Sancho and Martial not really having an impact coming on. this squad has no business fighting for the league and we would do well with not deluding ourselves with such flights of fancy until the obvious gaps are filled. we simply are a far inferior team without Casemiro in the middle.
the overall energy was flat and the Saudis, just as the Scouse, are up for their annual "lets beat the reds" final.
away games after international breaks really do suck for us.

We don't care about your fucking chats after the game. 9 conceded and 0 scored in three games and the Fulham game was Fulham imploding. Some of these guys are decent fellas and probably work hard/train hard like McTominay, Dalot etc, but they aren't good enough! McT is probably a decent box to box player somewhere like West Ham when they sell Rice to Chelsea, but not a player United should hold onto if we are serious. Dalot as well is crap. He is looking for a big contract, but we should just let him go and buy a decent right back and keep AWB and sell him next year for a decent price! Sancho is fucking useless. I initially thought he was a talented 10 type played in the wrong position out wide, but even there he is shit and we won't be able to sell him with that stupid contract salary. I wish we could sell him and put it towards another top mid because we need two more with Casemiro and Eriksen Whatever if Fred and McTominay and both of those right backs are still at the club next year, I give up! |
