All Maguire has to do (after specifically calling for the pass) is turn and we have taken out three Sevilla players. Totally beaten the press. It is 100% not de Gea's fault that Maguire wouldn't get in a Sunday League team. How can he turn when by the time the ball finally gets to him, there is a player on either side of him? By letting the ball run past him. Blaming de Gea is laughable. Actually laughable. |

the hard truth is we are out of options and don’t have much choice. Shaw is on the bench. I get that but he’s been injured and not throwing him straight in was probably a wise choice(without hindsight). |

There is a Bruno shaped crater in midfield. Nobody attempts as many forward passes as he does. We’re fucking lost. It might be worth bringing Rashford on to fill that Bruno hole at halftime. He’s not nearly as effective passing as Bruno but just his presence and work rate might shift the momentum a bit. |
