The tactics today if there was any were dreadful, slow in possession, backwards passing far far too often so there’s no element of surprise it just allows the opposition to get organised defensively, Eric is out of ideas.

2nd half was better for about 15 mins, other than that absolutely shite. CF is a graveyard shift for us, we create fuck all.
Almost past caring, it really doesn't matter who the manager is until they're allowed to start from fucking scratch and ditch any/all of the players he wants.
Erik should still have more of a style of play than what we have now though, I've no idea what we're trying to do from game to game.
Other than counter attacking arsenal back in the day, we rarely changed how we played to suit the opposition, now its every fucking game, and it almost never works.

We’ve seen enough managers sacked over the last 10 years and this now feels like the beginning of the end. He's not helping himself by still playing under performing players. He might get stick from Adrian Durham or Lineker for dropping Magic Marcus but that won't mean much when he's looking for a new job in October. The football is also appalling. Where's the Dutch influence in anything we're doing? Players look lethargic, devoid of ideas and our season could be well over by Xmas at this rate. His signings have been a major concern for me.ok not every manager gets them all right but Antony,mount,Onananana have cost us north of 200 million and none of them have improved the team(in fact they’ve probably made it worse). As much as I like what he says it’s a results based business and we have been dogshit sine the Newcastle cup final. |

Yet again though we’ve been fooled by the season before, we weren’t that great last season, ok but not great, yet got top 4 of the back of others being poor, now we’re back to type and others around us start performing again, it’s some horrible viscous circle that we’re stuck in, we either ride this period out and hope we come out the other side or it’s sack yet another manager and start again! Fuckin painful

I don’t get Rashford this season, he’s gone back to thinking he magically go through players and once again today produced very little.
His main job should be to help Hojlund score and it’s not happening.

Opted not to go to this and I’m off out to buy a new winter coat instead. Unsure if this says more about the state of United or just me getting old. I highly recommend Moose knuckles. Bought a big fuck off Levi’s parka for me to hide in all weekend while all my non-United mates rip the piss out of me. |
