Where’s the coaching with Rashford? he clearly needs guidance about where to be and his decision making the lad is either stubborn or thick as pig shit but ETH is the coach and should be on his case.

Rashford deciding he can't pick the correct pass, or being greedy or just generally being a bit shit this year is nothing to do with coaching or ETH, this isn't a 7 year old kid we are talking about this is an international player who has been playing top level football for the last 10 years, his form Is on himself and nobody else, the only thing ETH can be criticised in this case is for not dropping him. |

Can we assume the manager has tried telling Rashford to make better choices? I find it hard to believe he’s not had a word. |

Last year Rashford attacked with his head up which did 2 things, opened him up to pass and also go the defender to keep that he could pass in his mind. This year he's done a lot of running with his head down and he's not even giving other players a look until he is basically cornered. Him listening to the coaches doesn't seem to happen when they've told him to look around because he keeps doing it.... it frustrating.

Time to bench Rashford. In this form, he's completely pointless. Poor decision-making, finishing, and work rate and simply not enough for our supposed 'star player' on £350k a week. Looks to be yet another awful piece of decision-making from the board to give him this huge contract based on a 3-month purple patch. I agree with you but to be fair to Rashford, he played a major role in us Qualifying for Champions league not forgetting of course Liverpool fucking up enough early on to give us the chance... Should we really be benching him though? All it takes is a moment or 2 and suddenly he's on an another purple patch. Garnacho shouldn't really be on the bench either but that's the Managers problem. Ronaldo did too and he’s gone. |
