Ratcliff talk of learning from Real Madrid Madrid responded to the rise of an all conquering Barca side by signing best players in the world and hiring Jose Mourinho. How is INEOS responding to a City side dominating the league , oh yes thats right, they actually considered appointing Southgate and Dezerbi. The difference is day and night. They are sorting the whole structure of the club out first and I think the managers position will be re assessed next summer(I still think the Southgate stuff is bollocks). What top drawer managers are available or would want to join us this summer? this time next year most if not all of the top team will be in place, the training ground will be upgraded, the stadium plans should be ready and we will have a bigger transfer budget. We can’t just go from where we are now to Madrid or city’s levels in a few months.we have to be patient.

Man Utd consider renaming Old Trafford
Manchester United are considering a number of different options regarding possible naming rights of Old Trafford, whether they choose to refurbish their current stadium or build a brand new ground Following the arrival of new co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe, a taskforce has been established by the FA Cup winners to explore redeveloping the Old Trafford area, including whether to overhaul their existing stadium or build a new world-class facility. Weighing up whether or not to strike a naming rights deal is viewed as a natural part of any discussions for a major stadium project, such as the one United are undertaking. However, the club are still in the feasibility stage, with no final decision having yet been made on how they intend to proceed, and all options are on the table. Aware of the sensitivities around subjects like adding a sponsors' name to the stadium and ticket prices, United are giving a variety of related topics careful consideration and holding lengthy discussions about them. One thing that is certain is that they have no plans to erase references to Old Trafford. It will remain the ground’s name if United stay in their current stadium but do choose to add a sponsor partner, similar to the cricket ground which is known as Emirates Old Trafford. If the final decision is that constructing a new stadium is the best way forward, it is also expected that references to Old Trafford will stay in any new name too. Sourceno sponsor partner ffs, we could've done that ages ago but havent for good reason. "Welcome to Walmart Old Trafford" not my money though

René Hake potentially joining Ruud as new additions to Ten Hag's coaching team.
Added to the board/exec-level appointments since INEOS bought in, moving in the right direction.

Game changer! Luckily with the Euros early in the summer there hasn't been that much transfer activity so a lot of potential targets are still in play.

whatever your thoughts on the Womens team, it's terrible PR overall i think beyond the PR , the way it's been handled in general has been dreadful. " the mens team needs ABC" INEOS: FFS Take those from the women side and just tell them to hold on for now we'll sort them out later" equal my ass

For the first time in ages we haven’t been mugged off.
It looks like we got ashworth for less than 10 million instead of the 22 Newcastle wanted.
It also looks like any club that just tries to rinse us for a player we walk and look elsewhere.
Smart business people like SJR don’t just throw their money away.
Let the new era begin.
