ETH saying the players didn't follow the plan he laid out.... I can believe that because they didn't do anything that could be considered a Premier League Football. If that is actually the case then he has lost this team.
Evans/Casemiro as CB's... One old man playing injured and it showed, the other one playing out of position and on his last leg and it showed, both got completely embarrassed by a average team. CP knew Antony was useless and overloaded Garnacho. Outside backs don't even care to defend at this point. If they fire ETH after this match then it's warranted because in all of my 22 years of supporting this club, I have never seen a more pathetic performance. 4-0 to Crystal fucking Palace and it wasn't even closely play match.
Props to the supporters in the away section. They lit that stadium up the entire second half and the players deserved absolutely none of it.

Might be a blessing to stay where we are then Means we really can have a proper summer clearout if we can agree prices. There is no need for a large squad if you are playing once a week. We can also hopefully promote some youth |

The idea that McLaren must’ve been frozen out this season as Paul Scholes can’t see his fingerprints in this team is class.
The team is absolutely fucking shit. Same as every team McLaren has managed barring Boro. Fingerprints all over it.
Honestly, Ole got so much grief for putting Carrick and McKenna in coaching roles. The two men themselves got loads of shite. Fuck me, we’ve got Steve McLaren employed now and nobody says fuck all. Disaster appointment. He’s not inspiring a footballer in the year of our lord 2024. The banter would reach nuclear levels if he was to get put in as interim. The level of piss taking we’d receive could legitimately end the world. The UN would have to condemn the appointment.
