I enjoyed that and it was pretty much the youngsters who were dominant in that game Mainoo, Garnacho, Hojlund and Amad. Props to Cas and Onana for some sterling defensive work too.


Amrabat and AWB are a pair of fucking clogging dopes. They are both physical and actually work hard, so they make decent tackles that totally mask their ineptitude in general play at times.

I do wonder how much Amad not playing regularly is doing to him being managed to not get injured again. The same with Amrabat, who has clearly said post match that he is not 100% yet.

This is why I think a lot of hate towards ETH is unwarranted as we do not know everything behind the scenes. In the previous game before Newcastle that Amad started, he went off injured.
