Get the ball rolling for the new season. Hopefully this is where mistakes from last season start to get corrected.
Want to look forward to this season aswell so hopefully they'll give us something to look forward to.

I think it will be pretty much the same team as the Community Shield but Mazrouia will come in for Evans allowing Martinez to move into central defence alongside Maguire. I think Erik is comfortable playing with a false 9 and will probably prefer that to starting with Rashford upfront. Another possibility is Sancho as a false 9 with Mount then giving way for Bruno in midfield. He has also made it clear that he isn't going to fast-track Zirzkee to the first team but he could come off the bench if we are struggling.
As we all know pre-season is a bit of a waste of time and the international tournaments are very disruptive because the players get long rests after the competitions so hardly participate in pre-season preparations. So I think this month players like Casemiro, Mount, Amad and Sancho will get games.
