INEOS need to do the needful today. ETH has been backed, it’s the same old nonsense really. Other managers go to clubs and the impact instant, 3 years in and no one knows what ETH is doing.

Don't even think Erik knows himself tbh. He's already hiding behind this "I've won 2 trophies" excuse. That's getting boring already and we're only 3 games in. Never been one for wanting managers to be sacked. But it's clear and obvious that not only has there been no improvement but he still fails to see that his coaching is the main issue. The in game management still isn't there. At 3 down he waited 15 minutes to make a change and that was a defensive one. There's no plan B either. They could have easily scored another 3 or 4 within 10 minutes of the 3rd goal aswell, we just sat back and let them come at us. It's unacceptable.

Sign Rabiot immediately and play him, ugarte, and Mainoo in a 3 man midfield But even if we do that, we still need to pray for goals and there are no obvious consistent sources of those Where do you play Bruno? Because a false 9 isn't the answer and without him in the side we're creating even less than we are now. It won't a blind bit of difference if we play with 5 midfielders. Until an actual style of football is implemented, basic tactics are used then we're up shit creek. We've also managed to upgrade our defence without actually improving it. There's no organisation or structure to it at all. The 1st Diaz goal was the same as the Brighton winner, completely unmarked. It's becoming too much of a regular thing now to ignore. We don't need to sign rabiot, simply play Bruno in the 3 man midfield, he doesn't have to be a number 10, he played a shit load of games for Sporting as an 8, Ugarte sits and Kobbie and Bruno go box to box

He played his ‘two trophies’ card but understandably left out ‘the worst league performance in half a century’ one. Probably just as well.

He had to hit the ground running this season and he hasn’t. Scraped a late win against Fulham and lost the next 2 in very similar ways to how we’ve lost throughout his time here.
Suspect they’ll give him a little more time after the internationals but the pressure will be immense and he’s not up to handling it.
Reckon Southgate will be in by Christmas at the very latest.

I see this as the most likely outcome as well.

Might be being a bit optimistic but I can’t see Southgate being in the reckoning. If he is then INEOS will have undone any good work they’ve done so far.

Special mention goes to Onana after yesterday for his positioning for Salah’s goal. Fucker was opening his body up for roughly half an hour before the strike and Onana was over the other side of the goal.
The other two goals weren’t his fault (makes a change), but his distribution was shambolic as usual. He’s no better than De Gea with his feet. Genuinely think he’s bordering on our worst first team keeper of my lifetime and that takes some doing with Roy Carroll being in the conversation.

We’d be boring as fuck under Southgate, but I’d bet anything that teams wouldn’t be walking through our midfield. At least he can organise a fucking team. Not sure what the fuck we’re up to from one minute to the next under Erik.

De Gea was absolutely fine in between the sticks till this man decided he wasn't. Utter clusterfuck.

Yeah next summer we need to be looking at another keeper. He's such a liability, would have been better giving Dave an extension. This is why you don't prioritise a keepers ability with their feet over their hands. Would take Dave back in a heartbeat.
