Few mates and I are doing the Soccer Saturday game, but for today’s European fixtures. Whoever scores first out of today’s Europa and Conference games, we’ll go and see play later in the year. We’ve vetoed warzones, UK teams, and each person also gets to veto one extra city. There’s just under 50 teams in with a chance between the two kick off times. Anyway, it’s all moot because Porto will definitely score in the first two minutes. For anyone wondering, Cercle Brugge ( not Club Brugge) scored after three minutes. But Real Sociedad scored after five minutes and everyone in the group bar me (the organiser) voted to just go to Sociedad. If Porto were going to score three, the least they could have done would have been to score in the first minute. |
