instead of building for the rest of the season and the future with martinez and de ligt and accepting that they have the odd bad game, he immediately puts maguire and evans in.
rashford scored and got subbed against porto because he didnt work hard enough, yet gets rewarded.
i dont fucking understand his decisions anymore and i doubt the players understand.
