From Sky Sports:
Barwick says any difference of opinion has been allayed, claiming he has not had a row with United counterpart David Gill.
"I think it's important to say I have never had a heated conversation with David Gill, ever," Barwick told The Daily Telegraph.
"I find him one of life's genuine people, and a very easy person to talk to and do business with.
"I'd like to think that he thinks the same of me, and we did our bit to make sure there was a sensible dialogue.
"Manchester United and The Football Association have a very decent and long-standing relationship. Period.
"My role last week involved keeping communication open with Manchester United and David Gill, which I did.
"We had some constructive dialogue and now we move forward."

I hope so too Mr. Barwick. I don't want United getting mugged by the FA any more, it's happened far too often it's time Chelsea, Liverpool and Arsenal got the rough treatment
