Hi Richeh
I had MUTV a couple of years ago and you only got to see a few United games an hour after the final whistle on sky, I think the upcoming SA tour will be live but I'm not sure.
The thing I always found with MUTV is when you have called up and canceled you subscription, there will be something on that you will be desperate to watch (In my case Denis Law interview!) then you call back up to subscribe.
I used to love watching the old re-runs of classic united matches, but to save me getting ear ache from the missus, I decided just to stick to live games!
You could always get it for a month then cancel if you decide its not for you.

Eh, broadband or NTL? Who will be your ISP if you get broadband? On a lighter note, get the NTL package, free phone line, NTL television (depending on what package you pick will be the outcome of what channels you get) and you get broadband, which is minimum of 2meg I believe now, since they’ve upgraded everyone. And 2meg is sufficient enough.
As for MUTV, I’ve wanted to subscribe for a while now. But I keep getting bad vibes from people about it. So I won’t bother. I will stick to live games and Premiership Years.

you get all of the friendlies and reserve games live but the first team matches cant be shown until sunday @ midnight - by which time you've already seen the highlights on various different programs.
i used to like the phone ins because they were full of utd bias. problem is most of the ppl who call in are either more negative than the whole of utd rant put together or less informed about football than a chelsea fan.
if you can get it just for this month then it is the best time to do it, that's why i got it in the first place - for the friendlies in the states a few years back.
but for the rest of the season it is the channel that i watch if i cant find anything else on or anything better to do.

Its funny the only thing everybody seems to want MUTV for is the classics but we're lucky bcos TG4 (channel for Irish speaking Irish people) bought the rights to the old Prem classics and bcos United is the most popular team in Ireland they pretty much only show United matches!!............... sorry to rub it in lads

I subscribed to MUTV a few years ago and ended up cancelling it due to the fact that there was never anything negative said about United, EVER!
I mean, i know it's our clubs channel but surely we can all see that there is criticism due every now and again?!
MUTV didn't seem to see it this way. Always wearing the rose tinted glasses.
Anyway it did my head in after a while so I stopped paying for it.

I don't think that MUTV do all the games, your best bet is to get a set top box for your TV in, on cable. I'm with NTL here in Ireland, i've subcribed to Sky Sports so i can see United on there, also Setanta Sports Ireland (they do a live Premiership game on Saturdays, 9 out of 10 times-it's Man Utd playing)and MUTV. So all in all, if you get cable in you can see United on various channels.
