Former Manchester United defender Mark Howard has been handed a trial by Brondby.
The Danish giants are coached by former United skills development coach Rene Meulensteen and he has taken the chance to assess his former charge.
Howard was released by The Red Devils in May after failing to convince Sir Alex Ferguson of his worth to the Premiership side.
Injuries hampered his progression in the youth and reserve ranks and Howard will now be hoping to resurrect his career in Scandinavia.
