Nice to hear that he was only interested in a move to United. But, it does show how clingy Moyes must have got when he says "I would have went to Newcastle, to get away from him!" now that is desperate!

There seems to be a new brand of manager coming through like Moyes and Roeder who have been promoted beyond their level of incompetence. (Pearce as well) This shows in the "I'm bigger than you" decisions because basically they don't have that inner confidence like the Fergies'/JoMo have.
I'm not saying that they might not become good managers but they do become totally irrational like Moyes has done in this case.

(Pearce as well) This shows in the "I'm bigger than you" decisions because basically they don't have that inner confidence like the Fergies'/JoMo have. I'm not saying that they might not become good managers but they do become totally irrational like Moyes has done in this case. Yeh I agree with you on that. Especially with Pearce. Think he's a cracking man, and his passion is great... but hes on the sideline for 90 minutes screaming and shouting, and now the City players dont listen to him. "Oh look, there's Psycho losing his shit again." I was talking to an Everton fan a week or so ago, and he was going "Oh man, that boy Rooney, fucking hell, FUCKING hell he is great isnt he?" lol. Couldnt stop singing his praises. I think whenever we feel down about the situation of the team or signings... lets just remember we've got Rooney. WE'VE got Rooney #yahoo# |
