If you throw a youngster into Manchester United's XI and expect him to play week in, week out on top form then you're sadly mistaken. Then why put them in? I won’t buy Fletcher is good enough. Nor will he ever be, for our first eleven. I and the majority of people on here think the same. The only reason a lot of people think he has had so many chances is because he is Scottish. Maybe there is some truth in it? He wasn’t a scapegoat at all for the season gone, the fact we had players out injured and we just weren’t good enough is the reason we didn’t perform well enough. We have such talented young lads who NEED to have experience in the top flight, why not work them in along with the midfielders we have now (with the possibility of Carrick) send Fletcher to Angola out on trail for all I care. Rave about him all you like, but a squad player he always will be, a first team player he won’t. The difference between us and Chelsea is the bench, and that’s what I firmly believe, the bench, substitutes are key. We cannot bring on the likes of Fletcher to win a game for us if needed. Pump some confidence and experience in to the other young lads and we’re on to a winner.

Have you once heard me say Fletcher should be in the first XI? I've said he's not good enough for the first XI yet and we'll have to wait and see whether he will be. And, I don't think that Fletch was Scottish means he's getting selected rubs off, thats the biggest shit I've heard in my life and I haven't just heard it from you either. In my opinion too players like Davey Jones & Chris Eagles are more talented than him but I think Fletcher can bring something to the side.

Bring what exactly? Boo’s from our own fans. He won’t bring anything that P Neville of Butt didn't bring, a bit of back up when we’re short. Other players have had their chances and they’ve been slung away because they’re not good enough, or thrown out on loan. Fletcher shouldn’t be any different. I admire your undying love for him. But he won’t ever be good enough for our first team. Go visit him, feed him up, inject a little pace in to the boy and have a firm talking to him and we might just see a player worth playing.

Park I think or Richardson maybe.
I would have said Rossi but with rooney, saha, RVN (at the moment), smith and ole ahead of him I can't see him getting too many games to make a big impact

Park is an oxygen tank; the boy just keeps on running, and running. Bless. I hope he gets his chances this coming season. A bit of composure from the little man and he should bag a few goals.

I might just have to do that! For real though, he can do the job of Phillip Neville or Nicky Butt. His natural position is right midfield and I don't expect him to get above Cris. He has a keen eye for a pass, likes to track back, works his socks off and he isn't scared to put a tackle in, plus if he pops up with a winning goal every season versus Chelsea, I wouldn't complain!

Let’s be honest, he knew less about that goal than we, the fans did. Still, he scored it and they all count, right? Agreed that he works his socks off and can come in and be a P. Neville or Butt, but that’s all he ever will be, and if he sees sense like they did, he will eventually move on to somewhere else for continual first team football, and the best of luck to him. He deserves to be playing week in week out, unfortunately, not for us.

I voted for Richardson, in the thinking (and hoping) he gets ahead of Park on the left hand side when Giggs is unavailable.
Looking at the others, i can't really see Rossi playing TOO much in the Prem to make that much of an impact. And Fletcher...well, we all have our views on him.
