Nathan, how dare you include Fletcher? You deserve to be deported.
I think when Rossi gets a real run out then he will show us exactly what he is capable of.

I never said "positive" impact!
Yeahh Rossi is fantasic for the reserves, reminds alot of Zola, and there's no reason he can't have the same impact!
I rekon a big season from Richarson, from the way he's been playing and what he's said it sounds like he knows it's time to prove himself!

I've tipped Rossi and Jones for superstardom in the World of Football. I gave my vote to Jones though because he's English he will have more impact on the English game.

I'm gonna do something not a lot of people seem to do, put my faith in Richardson. I think he'll be used more this season, and I for one am looking forward to watching him develope further. Good player and hard worker.

I'm going for Park. I think he's going to continue to improve and be a strong player this year. I'm hoping Rossi does well too...

This was a hard one, voted for Rossi though, i expect most of them to have a big season and its make or break for Evra and a few of the others. Would tip Eagles to have a big season as well, shame he isn't up for the vote He's a great talent and deserves a chance.

If we DON'T get a decent striker in, I expect to see more of Rossi. If Fergie can keep his feet on the ground like he did with Giggs, we sure do have a cracking player in the future.
Well, the player who I would have went for if he had been on the list is Alan Smith. This is only my belief, but listening to what Fergie had to say about Smith and being very impressed with the way he handled his injury, I sense Fergie sees a lot of big things from Smith this season, and it may not even be in a forward role.
If we don't get Carrick by the end of the week, I think our pursuit will be over. Gattuso looks to be staying at Milan, Vieira looks to be signing for Inter (thank God!), so I think that only leaves Hargreaves as a possible midfielder signing. But that is only if he goes to Bayern. I won't be surprised if Ruud ends up at Real Madrid. After all, he has publicly stated that what he has really missed at United for the past few seasons are Beckham's crosses. If that happens, I see Smith returning as a central midfielder.

Why are Richardson and Fletcher on this list? They're never gonna have an impact on the premiership unless it;s helping Aston Villa fight of relegation, so why would this season be any different?

In Richardson and Fletcher we have two very talented youngsters. Two players who will remain at United and will prove their worth. Richardson's pace, shot, skill (ahem), vision and strength will tip him as possibly the replacement for Giggs. You can't expect him to be as good as Giggs, because no one ever will be but he's a great talent and will prove his doubters. Fletcher has vision, pass, some pace and continues to battle something which will allow him to become a very good squad player at United in the mould of Phillip Neville and Nicky Butt.
I wish people would get off the back of these youngsters. Why would they be at the biggest club in the World if they had no talent? We seen Fletcher today and his vision was great.

You praise everything red (united not Liverpool) and I respect you for that Adam, I mean after all, why criticize our own. But Richardson does not have strength, and Fletcher doesn’t have anything at all, no wait, that’s not what I wanted to say, what I did want to say was, Fletcher doesn’t have pace, I could belly crawl faster.
It’s Fletcher I am criticizing more here, a ‘good’ back up player he might be, but a united starter he should never be. All together now ‘’ you don’t win cups with Flet ch a, you don’t win cups with Flet ch a ‘’

Dean, people have made their judgments on Fletcher now and he has been the scapegoat for United's 05-06 season. In my opinion that's unfair, yes he had a few poor games but you could say that about every United player in the team last year. If you throw a youngster into Manchester United's XI and expect him to play week in, week out on top form then you're sadly mistaken.
We've seen what he can do, on the SA tour, vs. Celtic tonight, and last season versus Chelsea, Blackburn (LC S-F), Aston Villa (Away) and there are a few other times I was impressed with him.
There's still massive improvement to be done on his behalf, as with the whole squad, but I believe he can be a major part of the TEAM next season. Players like him are what make the team alongside the big timers like Rooney, Ronaldo, Scholes, etc. I've heard interviews on MUTV with Giggs, Ferdinand and even Keano on one occasion and they had nothing but praise for him.
