For me Fergie will be he greatest in footballing history, and I'm not just saying that because I am a United fan.
One thing I would like to point out to the United fans who think he is not better than Jose, or that he doesn't have the credentials any more. Is that, if you don't show your support to your manager and team, even at a low point, many people will doubt the clubs fans loyalty and spirit. If scousers, and City fans would hear you talk about such things, they would laugh and curse you even more.
Less negativity and more positive messages. The seaeson hasn't even started, and some are asking about his position already. He knows football inside out, and better than anyone. Do not under-estimate someone who has one of the highest coaching honours in footballing history. Men like Sir Alex Ferguson do not keep coming round.

Good post
Agree in some parts, others not
I dont think he would have had this success without the cash, but he isnt a bad manager, a prick he may be, but he did take Porto onto win the CL remember.....
If Fergie had his spending power
United win prem
If Mourinho had Fergies spending power
United win the prem
So while Mourinho is a good manager (owch) I would take Ferguson anyday of the week and twice on Sundays, Fergusons love for this club also goes beyong ANYTHING Mourinho will ever have for Chelsea

I don't like chelseas mentality of just buying new players right left and centre.
there is only one player in the current chelsea squad that has come through their youth system, John Terry. Compared to G. Neville, Brown, O'shea, Fletcher, Giggs, Scholes, Richardson and Rossi. Not forgetting P. Neville, Beckham, Butt in recent years.
Also no matter what any chelsea fan say , they have bought whatever they have won recently. Never let a chelsea fan forget they were bought for £1 by Ken Bates not that long ago.
There is no history to chelsea, they have done fuck all for their entire history aside from a few titles and a couple of FA cups. Compared to Man U's history..wel theres no need to go there.
Sir Alex, I salute you!

I dont think anyone can put the two in the same sentance, Mourinho hasnt achieved enough yet, if Chelsea went bust and all went tits up and he stayed with them through it and sold off players that had to go etc then bounced back with a young new team, I would gain a bit of respect for him
For as of this time, I have none
