With Saha, Ole and Fletcher out with injury, and Larsson soon to return to Sweden, this will be a test for our squad. It must surely mean Alan Smith getting a run in the team. Who else is there? Saha was always going to be a risk with his past record with injuries. Quite ironic I suppose that just when Larsson is due to leave he gets injured.

I'm really concerned about our injuries now. Evra shouldn't be out for long, but with Silvestre out now without knowing any more about that... it's a worry.

Well at least we do have good cover at left back, like Heinze and O'Shea.

Could we recall Rossi if we wanted or not? seems like Smith will be back in action whether he's ready or not.

Could we recall Rossi if we wanted or not? I was thinking of the same thing (and don't know the answer). What about Dong, totally untried I know but could we be desperate enough to give him a run out towards the end of a game?

It must have been a clause demanded by Parma. I recall that we wanted some kind of assurances that he'd get regular game time so presumably they insisted on him staying until the end of the season.

From the PhysioRoom.com:
L Saha hamstring 15th Apr 07 D Fletcher ankle May 07 O Solskjaer knee 31st Mar 07
No mention of Evra, so word of him being available this week-end could be spot on.
