Hopefully we should have Rio back for this game as after one scan his toe doesn't look as bad as first though.
Fergie has said Neville will be back for this or the Arsenal game, so it'd be nice if he could get some game time versus Tottenham.
Rooney & Scholes' last game of their bans, and it will be the toughest test so let's hope we can do 'em.
I'll put my starting XI following the international break because injuries and so on can occur, let's hope not though eh?

I do not think that Spurs will be a tough side to beat come sept 9th...They have played extremely poorly the past three games. this will also be the first United game shown here in the USA so i am thoroughly excited...ready to wear my Ronaldo kit!

Rio's fine aparantly, should be available to play for England must have been a bad sprain, so that's good news. Carrick should be fit, I'd put a £10 on him scoring the first goal against his old club. If we pick up 4 points from our next two games It would still be a great start to the season, but we can beat Spurs and Arsenal. Prediction: 2:1 utd. Carrick, Ronaldo, Jenas.

I want us to DEMOLISH Arsenal! With the amount of inexperience they have.. and the fact we are the biggest club they've played as of yet, you wouldn't bet against it. The motivation too, a lot of our squad were around in the Keano vs. Viera times.. it won't mean so much to Arsenal's kids.

Damn I wish we had Scholes and Rooney back for the spurs game I know they haven't been convincing so far but they'll be the toughest test we've had yet, at the same time I'm delighted their back for le arse because they'll both be bursting to play and should tear into that Arsenal back four, I wouldn't be unhappy with 4 points from those two games but if we're looking to make OT the fortress it needs to be then we can't afford to drop any more points than that, I think we're more than capable of winning both games especially given both teams poor start to the season.

I think Spurs will be a tough game, hey have had a crap start and will be desperate to get back on track, I hope we don't play a light midfield of Fletch and Carrick against them I do think O'shea wfor Fletcher would work better. Be good to hopefully have a decent back 4 playing as well (fingers crossed none of them get crippled for their countries).

Pre-internation line-up: VDS O'Shea-Brown-Ferdinand-Silvestre Ronaldo-Fletcher-Carrick-Park Giggs Saha
We will chose silvestre over evra because tottenham have berbatov who is huuuuuge and evra will be beaten to every ball by berbatov.

Sadly I think that team is right but I would play Evra over Silvestre every time and I want to see Rossi start.

Personally I don't think that the Spuds (re)signing Mido is good for us as I reckon he'll go straight in the team and will be well up for it on his "debut"

No Berbatov for Spurs, out 2 weeks with a groin injury. this makes it an even easier victory for us
