Got back about an hour ago and my arse is still numb from the journey home.

Great result, I feel we should have had about five or six goals though atleast.

Solskjaer gets a brace, I was chuffed to see him score his first goal at OT since his injury versus Celtic and then the next game I go to (missed the Arsenal one coz the cunts never give me a ticket) he scores two...

Ronaldo was on form again and Rooney played a little better not his usual self but atleast the England games will be handy this time around.

I hope Heinzé is not too badly injured, any news on that?

Great reception for Nicky Butt, his first game at OT I think and the fans showed him how much we love him!

Top of the league again over th international break with Wigan away and then Copenhagen & Liverpool at home coming up. Come On United!

Completely dominated the game, and 2-0 is extremely flattering to Newcastle. We hit the woodwork 4 times I think it was in total. Great to see Ole get both goals, he looked really chuffed.

Ronaldo, as always this season, was fuckin amazing. Newcastle were kicking lumps out of him all game. He totally ripped their team apart though, was great to watch. Rooney still looks off the mark, disappointingly enough, because he tends to do well against Newcastle. Heinze got injured, dont know how long he's out for (and I really fuckin hope it isn't too long. Getting so pissed off with our injury status every season), but Evra was a cracking replacement, and him and Ronaldo linked up really well.

Fletcher had a pretty good game too. Nothing amazing (because he wont ever be) but worked his arse off and had a shot come back off the woodwork.

A great result for us. Newcastle didn’t turn up. They were awful, although it probably had more to do with us playing so well. Nice to see Ronaldo put on another great performance.

i've been very impressed with the way ronaldo has been playing this season.. he's cut out the diving and tends to pass the ball more often, which is one of the reasons why his game has improved. GOOD STUFF! Hope he can keep it up.

As annoying as that was it was pretty damn funny too, he obviously wasn't deterred by being made to look a tit the first time and on this occasion it worked for him, I'm just glad we were 2-0 up at the time or I may not have had such a lighthearted view of it.

how did we not win by 5 or 6 goals. poor ronaldo really deserved a goal. he's in blistering form. attacking was fluid. i thought carrick did pretty well. some of his passes were really incisive and accurate. defense was also great IMO. even though gaby was injured, evra was perfect cover. and i thought that vidic had a good game. he seems to be match fit again which is great, but i wonder why the same isnt happening to wayne. he seemed pretty low in confidence and some of his passing wasnt the best. but i guess time is all he needs, talent like THAT doesn't die overnight. 2 goals, none conceded, 3 points, back at the top of the league. can't complain much about that can we? great performance, and i'm really looking forward to more of the same.

reminded me of when we played this lot last season.. totally battered em, but only put away 2 goals. difference was, that day it was rooney who stole the show, and yesterday it was ronaldo. gradually hes gettin back though.....
what mattered to me before the game though was the performance and the 3 points.. not how many goals we scored. i think we all needed to see utd play good football again, and im pleased they showed they were capable of that.. still without giggs, park, heinze, saha, and rooney off form..

Good performance all round.
Ronaldo has really steped up a level this season. He's responding like Beckham to the jeers.
I hope the opposition keep on jeering if he puts in performances like this all the time.
