I reckon a few players will be rested for this one but the right players to win the game. Kusczak
Brown - Ferdinand - Vidic - Heinzé
Solskjaer - Fletcher - Carrick - Ronaldo
Rooney - Saha Rest VDS, Neville and Evra, allowing Kusczak & Brown to get a game and Heinzé fitness. Rest Giggsy and Scholesy, bringing Solskjaer in on the right, pushing Ronaldo left and putting Fletcher in the middle alongside Carrick. I reckon this team has what it takes to come away with all three points, 2-0.

Not a bad line up Adz...I think that would get the job done, though being that it's an away game Copenhagen might be a little tougher this time around. 2-0 to United.

I'd like to see Jones get a start if we're going to change things about a bit, if he's going to make it at united he needs to get a chance and I think a european night like this would be good for him, it's not going to be as fast and frantic as the prem so give him a game and see how he copes. I think Fergie will play a strong team though because he wants to qualify as soon as possible so I don't think there will be many changes.

Jones wont start, well either of them depending on who you mean. Fergie said after our Carling cup game that D Jones and Richardson would be spending time in the reserves due to them not having the greatest of games. Hes hardly going to start him the CL after saying that now is he?
I wouldn't rest to many players, we've got 9 points which isn't exactly safety zone, but the Copen vs Benfica draw really opened up the group for us. A agree with letting Kuzczak and Brown getting a game, but we still should take our best team to get them playing together on a CL night to get us a win. 12 points, then you can mess around with the team, especially if Benfica get a draw or a win against Celtic.

United are set to stick with their star men for the UEFA Champions League match against Copenhagen on Wednesday.
The Red Devils need just one point to safeguard their qualification to the next stage of the competition, but Ferguson looks set to stick with his first XI so as to avoid any disruption to the team's fine form thus far.
"We want to win the group and we want to keep our form right, so I will play my strongest team and go for the win," he added.
"Copenhagen are a good technical team. Some of their approach play at Old Trafford was very good but on the night they couldn't find the finish.
"They were quick, organised quickly and did well in midfield and I don't believe that will change this week.
"If we concentrate and defend properly, I believe we have a very good chance."
With Patrice Evra (ankle) The Red Devils' only doubt, Gabriel Heinze is set to fill in at left back, as he looks to complete his comeback from injury.

Sir Alex has been quoted to have said he will field his strongest side (oops, just read the post above). Which, I guess when you think about it makes perfect sense. The more they play together, the better they become. I think one of Sir Alex’s weaknesses over the past couple of years was that he had Rafael Benitez syndrome. Not playing the same eleven week in week out (of course, when fit) which upset things. The more I see our strongest line up play together, the better I feel. Play like we did against Bolton and we’ll demolish FC Copenhagen.

i really hope to see the starting lineup frm the bolton game starting at copenhagen as well (cept evra but gaby's more than enuf). should be a good game. the only bad part abt this is that my A levels start 2.5 hrs after the game ends and I SHOULD be in bed during game time. I hate living halfway around the world!

i am not so sure we'r gonna be able to score as many goals this time around. I am going for 2-0. Its a home game for them and i reckon they are going to put up a good fight. Rooney is back and our strike force is better than when we played them last.
Yes, some players will be rested but I expect their defense to be stronger, so we need a stronger mid. I would rather put out a better team later on in the game and also avoid injuries. I say put Scholes n Giggs in later on n give them a chance to increase the score line!!! lol
ADZ your line up is very close to mine, the difference being Evra instead of Brown, we need a stronger defense than before. They will attack ruthlessly as its home games and their pride is hurt! if need be put brown in later on when the danger subsides.
so 2-0 is my bet!
