Adam's XIVan Der Sar
Brown - Ferdinand - Vidic - Heinzé
Ronaldo - Scholes - Carrick - Park
Rooney - Saha Neville, Evra and Giggs should be rested in my opinion, they put in a proper shift in Lille. Put them on the bench and this side should be up to the job. Prediction: 2-0 United Following Spurs' demolition of Fulham I expect them to have sorted themselves out and learnt from their mistakes, still I think we'll win with Saha and Ronaldo on the scoresheet.

I like the line up this time around...2-0 for me too...though I'd go with our top scorers for the moment Ronnie and Wazza...

I want to see Saha score certainly, I think he needs it. 3-1 for United.

Fulham might show up for this one as some clubs seem to like to put on a show when we're at their ground. We should be able to handle them with a full strength squad. My instincts would put Larsson to start but we need to give Saha some game time so he can back in form so having Larsson coming in if Saha isn't doing well is a great option. Heinze needs some time in as well so fair enough that he starts but I sure do like Evra getting the attack going from the back instead...he could use a rest though, same for Giggsy.

CRISTIANO RONALDO could be out of Manchester United’s trip to Fulham on Saturday — after kicking some water bottles in a huff.
The winger, 22, was angry at being subbed after 67 minutes of United’s 1-0 win over Lille in the Champions League on Tuesday night.
He stormed over to the dugout, refused the offer of a tracksuit top and then kicked a pile of water bottles with his right foot.
That is understood to have bruised his foot and he needed an ice pack on it while he sulked on the bench.
Ronaldo was given a precautionary cast to wear on the flight home.
He still had it on as he came through Manchester airport — and United boss Alex Ferguson will find out this lunchtime if the Portuguese star can play at the weekend.
Ronaldo is the club’s top scorer with 15 goals but missed a number of chances on Tuesday before Fergie replaced him with Louis Saha.
Afterwards, Ferguson claimed he thought Ronaldo was looking tired.

oh bollocks...he went and injured himself kicking a water bottle. that's the most rotten luck i've ever heard off...serves him right for being a baby abt getting subbed off tho. looks like giggs wont be getting a much deserved rest if ron doesnt recover by the weekend.
apart from this minor setback...i think if we have full strength squad and a proper starting lineup with everyone in their proper positions(none of this rooney on the left business) then i think we'll do fine. i dont expect a big scoreline as we'll be tired after midweek...but i think we'll get 3 points...

what's the point of resting Giggs every other game? He should be rested in the cup before the Pool-game if necessary!
Ehm... does a Red card from the FA-cup affect the league games in England? What would mean that Montella isn't available for Fulham and we were in for another clean sheet?

Ok ok I realise this could be the mother of a lot more of anti-ronaldo shite, but i will be honest- I love Ronaldo and will not say a bad word bout him, but really, injuring his foot by kicking away a water bottle and sulking on the bench made me laugh non-stop for a good 5 minutes. Its so childish its funny!

I really don't think Fergie will rest anyone on Saturday. Although Tottenham battered them in the FA Cup, I think it'll still be a tough game. If Ronaldo is injured then I expect Parky to come in. Then who will partner Rooney? Larsson or Saha? I reckon Saha.

Never easy going to Fulham, small pitch & stadium.
I think Rooney will bag a goal or 2 here, Saha to start ahead of Larsson as Fergie keeps saying he hopes Larsson will take us into the later stages of cups, he'll probably play against Reading next week. Saha needs a goal to kick-start his season again.
Park will probably start as well, shame he didn't start in the champions league with all his experience, he's a fantastic European player..
Agree with Adam's lineup minus Ronaldo if injured. Fulham or Readying could be one of Richardson's last chances to prove he merits a place in the team whilst Giggs is rested.

Hey gang,
My bad for not being more active here. That'll change! I've been working hard to convert more casual soccer fans here into MUFC supporters. We have a pretty large crowd now in Maryland for the games!
It'll be a wonderful way to wake up on Saturday morning with a 3-0 win! I pick Carrick, Vidic (corner) and Wazza to hit the mark.

The first of two games that could potentially open up a 12 point gap over Chelsea, with the scousers next week nothing less than a win is acceptable here, would be nice to see Saha bag one against his old club and set off a good run of form, I'll go 2-1 united.
