Bullwyf, I have to say I may agree with you on that one. i really enjoyed today's match - bein all over the place, shouting, jumping, cheering, and shouting again. Also, we had a LOAD of proper United fans in the pub today which was brill. I almost felt like I was back in England.

Can't believe we won that one to be honest, we were shite but to still come out of it with the win is fcuking fantastic, the feeling of sheer relief and delight after Ronny's goal after so much frustration had built up over the game it was fantastic, Nev didn't need to slap Ronaldo about though . The performance really was awful though and I hope it was just a one off that happens now and again as we need to find some form for Liverpool next week and Reading won't be easy either so fingers crossed we can improve quickly.

These are the sort of games that win championships. Playing badly and winning. This reminded me of one of chelsea's games last season. Versus Spurs, when they played terrible and scored in last minute ( Gallas ) to win the game 2-1. These sort of games are the ones that are decisive. Last season we wouldn't have pulled this off, but this season things are different, there's a great belief in the squad, and the team spirit was there for all to see following Ronaldo's goal and the final whistle. COMMMMMMMMMMONNNNNNNN .. I've got a sore throat following all the screaming LOVE UNITED !

I didn't see the match but was following online and I must say I was a little disappointed we didn't command the match but what defines good teams are that they can get results even when they're having off days. I hope today's deficiencies are sorted before the match against Liverpool because we'll need to perform better for that one. #unitedbanner#
9 points clear!!! #devilfinger#

We haven't really commanded a game for a while now, but we still create a tonne of chances, not as many as before but still a fair few, we weren't short on chances before, Ronnie himself missed basically a one on one when he could've passed, scuffed a load of shots etc.
Don't know whether Fergie is using Larsson as much as possible before he goes, but it looks like Saha is suffering from a lack of playing time..

Yeah I agree, I was screaming at the telly at times. When he could pass he'd try and beat another man, he'd delay passes but as always his work rate was there and there was an example of that in the first half when he muscled the ball away from the corner flag when it seemed a lost cause.
If Rooney needed a gee up it'd be a game at Anfield next week, so I'm not worried about his form at all.

Arg I feel like crap!
I KNEW WE WOULD SCORE!
Bit of weird feel to the game but we won and just how important will Ronaldo's goal turn out to be? If we had drawn that match a loss at Liverpool would hae put Chelsea 1 point behind us. Now we have a huge advantage...Bring on the scousers!
