Sheffield just beat West Ham and West Ham are playing Chelsea... Sheffield are not thinking they can win this and with a quick goal United will blast Sheff' aside

i dont think now is the time to be chopping and changing our defence too much. we'vegot a fit midfield so fletch can afford to drop into right back as he was ok there in the last game. heinze and brown in the centre with evra on the left. smith and rooney to start up front. we've got to really go for this one. we dint havea very easy game against them earlier this season, so i hope we put out a strong 11 and attack the hell out of them.. get a few goals, and THEN, we can start thinking of resting a couple of players.

Im not sure what to expect of this game. I never take any game for granted and dont like to think any points are locked up. Our defense could be missing 3 regular starters which could prove to be a factor. Plus Sheffield just came off a huge win on the weekend so they could have that momentum going into this game.
Hopefully our attack keeps up their form and we get the three points up for grab.

Is cathcart a right back or centre back? both Better at CB though as he's very tall and not very pacy but reads the game well. |

It worked, they stopped battering us almost immediately afterwards. |

I'm excited to see after the 7-1 and 4-1 maulings of Roma and Watford, respectively, if we can keep up the strong attacking show, and even with a makeshift defence hold a cleensheet...No doubt on paper we're better then Sheff, but HAVE to guard against complacency! Looking at the mindset (which seem to be cautious) of the fans though (which i like to compare to the players mindset) doesn't look like anyone is prepared to give up any points at this point....
