2 - 1 down at half time and who does it again rooney rooney. What a pass from ronaldo and what an even better finish from a young lad who is on fire at the moment.I know that we have given two sloppy goals away tonight but to come from two one down against arguably the best and most consistent team in europe is a rite result. ( and we had 6 first team regulars missing as well). I cant help getting carried away but i have a feeling that lady luck is on our shoulders . we have a thing about beating italian teams in europe ( juventus 1999 , roma 2007 , ac milan 1st leg winners to name a few) but i beleive that we will now go on and win the holy grail if need be with the team that did the job tonight. However we will need to defend a hell of alot better than we did in the 1st half tonight when we visit the san siro next week. WE CAN DO IT AND YOU ALL KNOW WE CAN. COME ON LADS ATHENS HERE WE COME

its not over yet..the hardest bit is still left the second leg AWAY...but if we look at our lucks we have taken them in the second legs always away and you forgot to mention inter milan...yes this could be our year...and it could have been much better if we had all the players non.injured!

Well I agree, but we can't get a
head of ourselves. Kaka is the man for AC Milan which he proved tonight. We gifted him two goals and you can't do that to one of the best players in the World. In the San Siro, we take Kaka out, we knock Milan out, but its so hard to do that.

Im under no illusions. We are now the underdogs in my opinion. A draw will see us through. We need the spirit of 99 because it's gonna be a tough match in Italy. Im worried but id love it to be tommorrow.

This was by no means a well-played game and without the crown being awesome, I don't think we could have bounced back in such dramatic fashion. The AWAY game will be VERY HARD to play well in. They have to score and will pursue the goal much harder than they did today and I do not think our defense can withstand it.

If we can score away from home at Milan then we WILL go to final --- which is another story and a hard game !

I agree that it is going to be a very hard match in italy but like ya said mark kaka out of the match and pirlo and we will win. but after tonight anything is possible ( i said at the start of the season that i felt something special was on the cards and so far it is comming true. wish i had gone to bookies at the start cos i wouldve got 50 to 1 on utd doing another treble. But oh my fucking god im so proud of our boys well done lads The promised land awaits and is yours for the taking.
