We earnt our money. Our money came from club profit. Despite spending around 25 mil this summer (and not 50), we earnt it. We spent 3 mil last year (sold the best striker to date for 11 and got Carrick for 14). This summer, we paid Spurs the rest of the money (18 mil) due to us winning the Prem. Tom was bought for around 2 mil, Hargreaves was bought for around 8, and Nani/Anderson for 6 mil each. Future fees take it up to 50 mil in total (for Hargreaves, Nani and Anderson). We won't spend next summer unless we sell.
