I``m not at all saying this because we lost yesterday I never knew that we lost yesterday? If my eyes aren't decieving me it was a draw... I think that we did play quite poorly yesterday but it wasn't helped by their negative approach. Ihe downside of being so great is that teams just come to OT to get a draw. Its been happening for years and its been pissing me off for years. No wonder there is such a gap between the big teams, like us, and the shit small teams like reading. Only one team wanted to win. What would have helped was an early goal - settled everyone's nerves and could have opened the floodgates. Hopefully pompey will come out and play...allow us to play aswell.

we never beat reading coz we never played 4-4-2, and we had o'shea up front its not rocket science, also giggs should have been on the wing

Worried now that rooney is our, saha had ruffled hair on sunday and couldn't play and as much as I love solskjaer he's not gonna be able to carry us all season.

Why is everyone worried? Look on the bright side, against any other team we would have won easy with Oshea up front or not if we made that many chances. Rooney is out now yes that is a problem but by everyones reaction it would be like we just lost 10 - 0 to shrewsbry or something. (No disrespect)

Really disappointing result but not the end of the world.
I guarantee that Reading take points of a few of our title rivals this season.
Now Rooneys injury....that is a fucking disaster!

I dont think he can perform every game for 90mins. We need to start with Nani now and bring on Giggs from the subs bench.

Giggs is first choice, if he can't take all ninety take him off and then give Nani a run around. Nani needs to earn his place in the squad, not given it.

Point taken but Nani has shown some promise in pre-season games and when he came on against Reading. He needs a start to show what he can do. The thing is he should have started against Reading anyways, I got no idea why Fergie chose Evra as left midfield, I know he can play there and had a superb game against Chelsea in that position but he is a left back and should play there.
