Has anyone else had a problem with payments for the automatic cup scheme refused? I've now got to go to my bank and authorise them to accept out-of-office debits from Manchester United for future otherwise i'll loose my season ticket! GAAAAAHH!!!!!!!!! #furious#

no but i was sent a letter saying my seat was not available for the coventry game.
Now when i got my season ticket last year and this year i was under the impression that i would be charged regardless and given a seat elsehwere. In the letter it stated that if i did want a ticket i would have to call, i opted not to and thus am not going to the game and havent been charged.

i was on the auto cup ticket scheme last year but on the old north stand ticket book and never had a problem, this year i'm on the new swipe card and got an email saying i got my seat for the rome game and my swipe card has been automatically credited but not heard about coventry yet, i assume i'll get the same for that though...

reading all the comments about the problems makes paying on the door at the bucks head look easy Non league is so simple lol

I was told that my payment had gone through and that i'd be sent paper tickets soon. I haven't had them yet but should do this week.
