-----------------------VDS
Brown------Rio------------Vidic------Evra
-------------Anderson------Hargo
Ronaldo---------------------------------Giggs
------------------------------Tevez ----------------Rooney
I reckon this team will really good. Hargo to cover Fabregas man to man, that should stop their midfield playing their football. With Henry and Van Persie out too, no one there to fcuk us up this time. 2-1 to United, Teveth and Rooney for us, Abedayor for them. Should be an amazing game !

I woke up this morning and thought that it was the day we played Arsenal!
When I realised it wasn't a few seconds later I was gutted.
Bring it on anyway!
Big games like these help me realise why its so great being a football fan.

I have a feeling Wazza is gonna notch a good one next weekend. I can feel it. He always scores against those scumbags ;D
I'm not gonna make any score predictions; just hoping to avoid defeat, since we are the away team.

if we shut down Fabregas we'll be fine, not that their other players aren't a threat but he's the heart of that midfield and I don't see them doing much if he's kept quiet. We have a lot of talent going forward and that might destabilize them as they might stick back and crowd the midfield. Defensively I'm a bit concerned because Vida doesn't seem 100% but I think we still have the quality to beat them at their library.

There is no doubt that this will be our biggest test thus far. Le Arse, like ourselves, have been scoring for fun, therefore expect a 4-4 draw!! However, the most likely result may well be 0-0.

I am really looking forwaard to this one. If I was a neutral I would defo be tuning in. I can see it being a cracker and its gonna be a tight affair. Arsenal are great at home, but I think we can sort that. Im glad we are getting the away game done first. Home advantage could be big come the end of the season. Gutted im at work for the game but we have it on the tv here so thats gonna be me skieving.
EVDS Brown Vidic Ferdinand Evra Ronaldo Anderson Hargreaves Giggs Rooney Tevez
Hargreaves most important game so far. He needs to watch Fabregas like a hawk cos in a split second he can make something out of nothing. If he can keep him out the game, we will have a big chance. This game isn't going to make a huge impact on who wins the league but a win is important. I hope we can get some revenge after last season. I really do. A couple of my best mates are Arsenal fans and id like to get one over on them.

Big game stats:
A top of the table showdown between the two most successful clubs in Premier League history. Manchester United have won 375 matches, gained 1,258 points and claimed nine titles; Arsenal have won 316 games, collected 1,107 points and lifted three titles.
It pits the north Londoners with the longest current unbeaten run in this league (17 games) with the Red Devils, who are on the longest current winning streak of eight.
It sets the strongest attack against the tightest defence in the highest league; Arsenal have scored 22 goals in 10, Manchester United have conceded four in 11.
Sir Alex Ferguson, who celebrates 21 years in charge at Old Trafford on Tuesday, comes up against his Arsenal opposite number Arsene Wenger for the 34th time. Of the 33 previous encounters United have won 11, Arsenal 13. Seven of the nine other games finished level and two were decided on penalty shoot-outs; United won the 2003 Community Shield, and Arsenal the 2005 FA Cup final on penalties.
In the Premier League there's nothing to chose between Wenger and Ferguson at eight wins a piece, and six draws, but the Frenchman has the edge on home soil with five wins to three, and three draws.
Victory for the Gunners would be their seventh at home and equal the club record of successive league victories from the start of a season, set in 1934, and equalled two years ago.
Arsenal came from behind with two goals in the last seven minutes of the first ever meeting with Manchester United at the Emirates Stadium in January to complete the double over their fierce rivals.
and when Arsenal did the double over us last season, it was only the 8th time we have been 'doubled' since the Premiership started. Some record. Didn't realise it was that good.

Van Der Sar
Brown - Ferdinand - Vidic - Evra
Ronaldo - Hargreaves - Anderson - Giggs
Rooney - Tevez Wouldn't risk Neville, would rather have some consistency in the side for such a big game. Bring in the experienced Giggs for Nani and stick with Anderson and Hargreaves in the middle. I'm really excited about this game, both teams playing great football but that usually means a bore draw. Still I'm going for a 2-1 to United - Rooney with a brace for us and Adebayor for the Gooners!

Saturday he didn't look his best at times.. lost the ball couple of bad passes. Still we need him to get stuck in. Any problems I'd want Fletch in there for him.and tell him to get stuck in.
