Well, that was worth getting up @ 2 am for! (although I did snooze through part of the second half ) Agree with all posts, we didn't get out of second gear yet still took a comfortable 3 points and boosted our goal difference. With fringe players getting a run out, our strikers breaking recent ducks, Park back on the field and certain individuals' recent iffy performances put to rest, it was a bloody good day at the office! Off to the beach with a wide smile!

I saw the highlights and it was great to see us put 4 past another team yet again. Absolutely elated to be top of the league again, bring on the hammers!

MANCHESTER UNITED legend Roy Keane tipped his old club to hang on to their Premier League crown after Arsenal were held 0-0 at Portsmouth.
Cristiano Ronaldo and Co went a point clear at the top following a scintillating 4-0 destruction of Keane’s Sunderland at the Stadium of Light. Boss Keane said: “My money’s still on United. I thought that two months ago and my opinion hasn’t changed.
“They are just a lethal attacking team. And they are equally good at the back.
“Ferdinand and Vidic — they are not bad are they? It takes a combination like that to win the league. Any team like that will get stronger. “If United are there or thereabouts they have a chance.
“They can go on a run of 20, 30 games. They missed players against us here — they but still flexed their muscles.
“It is never nice to lose at home but we were beaten by a very, very good team. We started OK but we let in two sloppy goals. It is a harsh lesson for us.”
Star man Sol Campbell played a huge role at the back for Pompey against his old side.
The England centre-back said: “It was a good result for us. The lads had to battle hard.
“We wanted to get in their faces. If you let them pass the ball then they’ll rip you apart. It was a very good performance from the lads.” Gunners boss Arsene Wenger said: “Portsmouth defended well and we couldn’t find an opening.
“We’d prefer to be at the top but it is very tight and, overall, I believe if we just keep going we’ll be there.”

Ronaldo, YOU ARE FUCKING IMMENSE!!!!!!!
Didnt manage to get my usual stream working today, had to listen to the radio!! Watched MotD tho.
Great result, we're top of the fucking league where we belong and we need to keep it that way.
1 win in 4 for Arsenal, not quite invincible it would seem!
Bring on the hammers. We rested players today and still won more than comfortably, so we should be ready, and not let them do the double, or even one, this year, lets rip the hammers apart!
