Surely it'll have the Man Utd badge on the kit! Surely! It has to, otherwise they will look like apprentices at the local brewery.

I'd like to see:
VDS Brown Rio Vidic O'Shea Nani Hargreaves Scholes Giggs Ronaldo Tevez
I'd prefer to see Anderson start rather than Nani as he is more agressive and Nani can be a bit greedy at times. I had to go for Ronaldo up front as Giggs never plays well as a striker and Ronnie is on fire atm. Would really like to see a game to make the Babes proud, and of course a victory! Prediction: 3-1

Is Benjani eligible for them? Yeah he is mate. [Edit] Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has hinted that he may hand 17-year-old Danny Welbeck a shock debut against Manchester City.
Ferguson is short of attacking options for Sunday's Manchester derby, with Wayne Rooney suspended and Louis Saha sidelined through injury.
Welbeck has yet to make his senior debut for The Red Devils, but did feature in last month's friendly against Al Hilal.
Ferguson has tipped the teenage striker to have a major impact in the future, and may now be set to involve him against Sven Goran Eriksson's City.
Temperament
"I may bring in the boy Welbeck, possibly from the start," he said.
"The boy has a chance of making it. We think he has that temperament.
"I think we want to keep Cristiano Ronaldo as a wide player, so we are short up front. Louis Saha is not back and we could have played Ryan Giggs through the middle but I think Welbeck has got the temperament.
"We will see tomorrow but I need to be very, very clear about everyone's fitness." --------------------------

I want to see some beautiful football being played. Stuff that the babes can look down and be proud of, something that will inspire us to go on and finish this year off with another title.

If he does well he could feature a fair bit as Saha just won't be fit for any more than a game or two at a time. Busby Boy predicted a tight 3-1 for us, last goal coming late to seal it. I agree. Citeh have been playing garbage for a while but will be inspired to raise their game tomorrow too.

Wow, what a game for Welbeck to make a name for himself in. Incredible. I hope he plays. He's pacey and should benefit from having Tevez and Ronnie behind him.

If Welbeck does start, then he cant have any complaints to make his competitive debut for United in such a special and important game - the Manchester derby commemorating 50 years of the Munich air disaster.
He must be a bundle of nerves right now, but hopefully Sir Alex and the rest of the squad will make sure he is ready for it.

Wlbeck won't start, it's kidology by Fergie to keep Sven guessing, this game is too important to throw a kid in at the deep end.

hey peeps, looks like united and city are going to wear a different outfit for the match. Its a remake of the 1958 jersey. I have an image of the jersey that will be used tomorrow at the following URL: blog.slickw0rm.net/?p=83
